- It's 1 tbsp of almond butter / preferred seed butter.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of milled flaxseeds / linseed.
- It's to taste of maple syrup or agave nectar.
- Prepare 3 of small drops almond or vanilla extract to make it even tastier!.
