Butter chicken is an Indian main dish made with curry powder, tomato puree, onions, poultry, and heavy cream.

- It's 2 of chicken breasts.
- You need 1 of Zucchini.
- Prepare 1 of bell pepper.
- It's 1 of onion.
- You need 1 container of baby bella mushrooms.
- It's 3 cloves of garlic.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of butter chicken paste.
- You need 2 cans of coconut milk.
- Prepare 1/2 stick of butter.
- It's 3 Tbsp of curry powder.

- Cook chicken and cube it..
- Chop veggies. Sauté bell pepper and onion in garlic. Remove and set aside. Sauté Zuccini, add to pepper and onion mixture. Sauté mushrooms, add to veggie mixture.
- In large saucepan, combine coconut milk, butter chicken paste, butter, and curry powder and bring to simmer. Add veggie mixture and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes. If sauce needs to be thickened, add 1/4 cup flour.
- Serve over basmatti rice with naan.
