They were our favorite breakfast food, and I think it had a lot to do with the fact that they were called "donuts" that made us kids so in love with them.

Ingredients of Peanut butter muffins
- Prepare 1/3 cup of smooth peanut butter.
- You need 3/4 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
- You need 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of flour.
- You need 1/4 tsp of salt.
- It's 1 of egg.
Peanut butter muffins step by step
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
- Line 12 count muffin pan or grease.
- Fill muffin tins 1/2 full.
- Bake for 20 or 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- When done baking u may sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Melt remaining butter; brush over the tops of muffins. Peanut butter is such a staple breakfast food. But have you ever made peanut butter muffins?
