- Heat peanut butter, maple syrup, and rice syrup in a sauce pan over medium low heat.
- Stir until smooth and melted.
- Add cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and oats.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Pour into and 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 18 minutes.
- Remove from pan, set on cooling rack, and cut.
