- It's 1 of Rib-eye steak, 1".
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need to taste of Pepper.
- Prepare 4 Tbsp of Canola oil (eyeball).
- It's 3 Tbsp of Butter.
- Prepare 2 sprigs of Rosemary.
- Prepare 2 cloves of Garlic.
- You need 2 sprigs of Thyme.
Garlic Butter Steak step by step
- Rub steak with salt and pepper.
- (Optional) Let steak sit for half an hour.
- Cook at 250 °F for 35 minutes.
- Oil a pan, keep on high heat until smoking.
- Sear steak for 30 seconds on one side.
- Flip steak, and lower to medium-low heat.
- Add butter, rosemary, and garlic to pan.
- When butter melts, put garlic and rosemary on top of steak; pour hot butter/oil over it with a spoon.
- Leave steak in until cooked to taste; let rest 10 minutes.
