- Clean peanuts and almonds..
- Dry roast and peel off skin..
- Grind in a mixture once cool..
- Mix it to fine powder..
- Once it's starts leaving oil, add honey and blend..
- Add 1 tbsp oil at a time and grind. I added 2 tbsp milk as it gives chewiness structure to muesli bars..
- Crush muesli with finger tips..
- In a pan add peanut butter and honey. it becomes warm.
- Stir it until warm..
- Add muesli..
- Mix it thoroughly..
- Set it in a greased tray..
