Ingredients of Vegetable Upma for morning breakfast😋

  1. It's 1 cup of semolina/suji.
  2. Prepare 2 & 1/2 cup of water.
  3. Prepare 4 spoon of ghee.
  4. You need 1 of chopped onion.
  5. Prepare 1 of chopped tomato.
  6. You need 1 of chopped green chily.
  7. It's 1 of chopped carrot.
  8. Prepare 1 spoon of gram/chana daal.
  9. You need 2 spoon of peanuts.
  10. Prepare 2 spoon of green peas.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of lemon juice.
  12. It's 1/2 tsp of sugar.
  13. It's 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
  14. You need 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  15. It's leaves of Some curry.
  16. Prepare leaves of Some corrainder.
  17. Prepare to taste of Salt.

Vegetable Upma for morning breakfast😋 instructions

  1. First heat the pan & roast semoilna/suji in low flame for 5 to 10 minutes then keep aside..
  2. Meanwhile chopped all vegetables & deep fry peanuts and keep aside..
  3. In same pan put ghee in it add mustard seeds then curry leaves then green chilli & saute for a minute add chopped onion too..
  4. Cook till onion become golden in colour add green peas,carrot,& tomato cook well..
  5. Add gram daal/chana daal & peanuts together then add black pepper & salt cook well..
  6. Now add water & lemon juice & sugar together when water boils add roasted semolina & stir continuously..
  7. Ganish with fresh corrainder leaves & spread 1 spoon ghee on top before serve..
  8. Vegetable upma is ready to serve..
