I love banana bread and french toast so it was only natural that I try this recipe. The condensed milk really made the recipe - the batter stuck on really well. This dish is also great cold with fresh sliced strawberries on top. The only advice I have is to not slice the bread too thick as the batter cooks up fairly quickly. Place half slices, overlapping slightly, alongside whole slices, filling dish completely.
