Brownies are often classified as "fudgy" or "cakey", yet I would describe this brownie as a cross between the two.
They are wonderful plain or I often serve them for dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice.

- mix the eggs and sugar in hi speed for about 10 minutes or until it is well mixed.

- combine the dry ingredients (flour,salt,baking powder) and put it into the mixture..
- add vanilla extract.
- add the filling into the dough and mix well.
- prepare the tray 25x12x4 or any baking tray size you want..
- preheat the oven to 180 C and bake for about 45 minutes.
