  2. It's 3/4 cup of unsalted butter.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of powder sugar.

Butter cookies step by step

  1. Whip butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
  2. Add maida and gather altogether to make a dough.
  3. Now fill this dough in pipping bag with star nozzle and make flowers giving them space.
  4. Preheat the oven on 15 degree and then bake it for 10 -12 minutes.
  5. Give it a 5 min rest and then take them out on wire rack and let them cool diwn completely and then fill them in air tight jars and serve them with tea ir coffee.

The dough is like my spritz cookies, but with a little milk to make it pipe-able. Make sure it's properly softened to room temperature before beginning. I made the ice box version because it's so quick. Used colored sugar to make them pretty. I really need to find an easy to use cookie press because I'd love to make the spritz version.
