Butter cookies step by step

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add the yolk and yogurt abd mix.
  3. Add the dry ingredients and mix.
  4. Pour mixture into piping bag and pipe biscuits onto parchment paper in a tray.
  5. Bake for 15 min at 180 degrees.

The dough is like my spritz cookies, but with a little milk to make it pipe-able. Make sure it's properly softened to room temperature before beginning. I made the ice box version because it's so quick. Used colored sugar to make them pretty. I really need to find an easy to use cookie press because I'd love to make the spritz version.
