Butter Cookies step by step
- Mix the butter and sugar such that it becomes fluffy and soft.
- Sieve the wheat flour over it.

- Keep the dough in refrigerator for 1 hr.
- Take out the dough from refrigerator and then roll over the baking mat the thickness is absolutely in your hand I have made slightly thick from thinner.
- Cut to the shapes which you like I have made this on christmas day so christmas cutter.
- Preheat oven at 180 degree celcius for 15-20 min.
- Bake the biscuit for 8-12 min.
- Biscuits are ready to serve.
The dough is like my spritz cookies, but with a little milk to make it pipe-able. Make sure it's properly softened to room temperature before beginning.
