  10. Prepare 1 of Combine all dry ingredients and yogurt together except chicken and mix well. Then add mix to chicken and marinate for 4 hours.
  11. You need 32 oz of boneless, skinless medium diced chicken legs.
  12. You need 175 grams of plain yogurt.
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
  14. It's 1 tbsp of grated ginger.
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp of juice of fresh lime.
  16. It's 1 tbsp of Garam masala.
  17. It's 1 tbsp of curry paste ' not the yellow curry powder ' ( I like to use Patak's brand ).
  18. It's 1 tbsp of Salt.
  19. It's of Butter chicken sauce.
  20. It's 1 liter of Neutral tomato sauce ( not the store bought jarred type ).
  21. Prepare 500 ml of 35 % cream.
  22. Prepare 1/2 cup of sweet butter.
  23. You need 1 cup of finely diced white onion.
  24. Prepare 2 tbsp of curry paste.
  25. It's 2 tbsp of Garam masala.
  26. You need 1 tbsp of sweet paprika or hot.

Butter chicken ( my version ) instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place chicken on baking tray lined with parchment paper or foil and bake for 10-15 minutes..
  3. In a medium sized pot on medium heat add butter, onions, garam masala, paprika and curry paste..
  4. Sweat for 5-10 minutes. stir well as to prevent burning. Add tomato sauce then cream. and bring to a boil..
  5. Remove from heat and add chicken. Return to stove and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes before serving..
