Butter chicken instructions
- Add oil and butter to your kadai (large skillet). Tamper with cumin and red chilli, add onion and two tbsp ginger garlic paste saute it for a while then add chicken cook it until oil oozes out and after five minutes add chillipowder turmeric and salt let it cook for more 5minutes then add tomato puree and little water till chicken piece goes in it then add garam masala sprinkle some coriander and serve it.
