- You need 1/2 kg of chicken.
- Prepare 1 tsp of boiled onion paste.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 2 tsp of tomato puree.
- You need 3 tsp of curd.
- You need 2 tsp of butter.
- You need 2 tsp of oil.
- It's 2 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder and flakes.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of sugar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
Chicken Butter Masala step by step
- Heat the pan and add butter and oil.
- Then add onion paste.stir for a while..
- Then add ginger garlic paste.
- Again saute it..now add salt and sugar.add tomato puree.
- Mix it nicely..after 5minutes.add curd..
- Then add chicken.
- Mix it nicely.
- When it becomes tender and become little thick switch of a flame.
