  1. Take chicken marinate with curd,ggpaste,red chillipwdr,salt and dein keep marination fr atls 1/2hr dein take sticks put chickn and grill it.

Den take butter in a vessel add onion paste n saute den put tomato paste ggpaste and stir it den put tomato ketchup all dry maslaa lyk red chilli,coriander and turmeric pwdr, salt and lil pepper pwdr(optional) stir it n let it cook fr sumtym wen gravy is almost cooked den put d chicken its up 2u if u wnt to put pieces put eithr u can shred n put in gravy wit dat put garam masala n crushed kasuri methi n den tke charcoal n do dhungar n let it cook fr more 7mins wit d lid n switchd of d gas....

  4. Dein fr laccha paratha....Take wheat flour,semolina,white flour in that i have added 2spoons butter,salt and knead a dough wen it is done keep fr rest atlst fr an hour....

Dein tke dough and in dat spread lil oil and gve a smooth rub dein roll on flat surface and cut equal small portion and make a ball..Dein i tuk grated garlic,butter,chopped coriander and mixed a kept aside,..Dein tke 1round ball roll it nyc flat chapati shape dein on dat brush it wit the garlic paste and flap it lyk a fan 1on 1n flat on your palm.
  6. Dein make a small paratha bt see dat you hve to do it vry light othrwse it vl stick on and it vl nt cum out lyk lachaa...Dein tke nonstick pan put dat paratha do it on 1side brush it wit lil ghee dein again flip it on othr side and again brush it with ghee your paratha is ready.
