  1. Take the chicken cut it into strips and marinate with the ingredients mentioned for at least 2 to 3 hrs.
  2. Grill the tomatoes on the flame till they are charred.Remove the skin and grind it along with the garlic cloves and the dried red chillie I to a smooth paste.
  3. Heat the butter and add our marinated chicken and cook it.once it's cooked,take each PC of chicken and grill it on open flame.Once they are all done.
  4. Add our tomato puree to the chicken and start to cook on slow flame.
