Ingredients of Butter Chicken

  1. It's 750 gram of raw chicken pieces.
  2. Prepare 1 of onion cut in thin slices.
  3. You need 4 of _6 chopped garlic cloves.
  4. Prepare 6-8 of chopped tomatoes.
  5. Prepare 12-15 of cashews.
  6. You need 2 of green chilies.
  7. It's to taste of salt.
  8. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  9. It's 2 tsp of Shahi paneer masala (SDS).
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
  11. It's 1/2 cup of fresh cream.
  12. You need 1 tbsp of butter.
  13. You need leaves of few coriander.

Butter Chicken step by step

  1. In a grinder add cashews, chopped tomatoes,garlic cloves,green chillies & thin slices of onion.Grind to make a smooth paste..
  2. Wash & rinse the chicken pieces with fresh water for 2_3 times..
  3. Pour butter in a karahi.When it heat,add tomato paste in it & cook on the low flame till.oil spreads from corners..
  4. Now add salt,red chilli powder & shahi paneer masala,mix well.add fresh cream & mix well..
  5. Add chicken pieces & mix well..
  6. Cover the karahi & cook on the low flame, Don't add water.In between check with the knife if chicken is properly cooked or not.If need add little water..
  7. When it is ready,put it in the seving bowl & garnish with coriander leaves..
  8. Serve hot with naan,onions & green chutney..
