Butter chicken step by step

  1. Once the chicken is cooked and all water drained set aside..
  2. In the same pot, add some cooking oil and butter then fry the whole spices till they splutter.
  3. Add in the grated onion and fry till softens - add in the yoghurt and puree and let it cook on medium heat.
  4. Add in your full cream till you get it as saucy as you like..
  5. Add in the chicken and let it simmer on low heat - taste for salt..
  6. Once its well cooked sprinkle your coriander and your curry is ready to serve with rice, naan or chapati..
