  12. Prepare 3 of tomatoes.
  13. It's 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  14. Prepare of Salt as required.
  15. You need 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  16. Prepare 3 of green chillies.
  17. You need 1/2 teaspoon of kasoori methi.
  18. It's 100 gm of fresh cream.

Butter chicken step by step

  1. In a bowl.red chilli powder,ginger, garlic paste,salt,ciba kitchen king masala,chicken masala and curd.add the chicken to the marinate and mix well.keep in the refrigerator atleast 6hours..
  2. Roast the marinate chicken in a kadahi and deep fry..
  3. Heat the butter in a pan.pour the tomato puree,saute for 3_4 minutes.add cumin seeds red chilli powder,turmeric powder, ciba chicken masala and salt.mix well..
  4. Add the fry chicken.butter,fresh cream,and kasoori methi.sautew3_4minutes add ar required water and the cover the lid and cook medium flame.let the chicken cook..
  5. Serve a bowl garnishing for coriander leaves.eat for chpati,nan,rice.enjoyyy.
