- Prepare 1 teaspoon of ciba kitchen king masala.
- It's 1 teaspoon of ciba chicken masala.
- You need of (For the gravy).
- Prepare 100 gm of butter.
- Prepare 1/2teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 3 of tomatoes.
- It's 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
- Prepare of Salt as required.
- You need 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 3 of green chillies.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of kasoori methi.
- It's 100 gm of fresh cream.
Butter chicken step by step
- In a bowl.red chilli powder,ginger, garlic paste,salt,ciba kitchen king masala,chicken masala and curd.add the chicken to the marinate and mix well.keep in the refrigerator atleast 6hours..
- Roast the marinate chicken in a kadahi and deep fry..
- Heat the butter in a pan.pour the tomato puree,saute for 3_4 minutes.add cumin seeds red chilli powder,turmeric powder, ciba chicken masala and salt.mix well..
- Add the fry chicken.butter,fresh cream,and kasoori methi.sautew3_4minutes add ar required water and the cover the lid and cook medium flame.let the chicken cook..
- Serve a bowl garnishing for coriander leaves.eat for chpati,nan,rice.enjoyyy.
