Ingredients of Butter Chicken

  1. You need 1 kg of Chicken.
  2. You need 4-5 of Onions.
  3. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste.
  4. It's as needed of oil.
  5. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  6. It's of cloves.
  7. Prepare to taste of black pepper.
  8. You need 1 teaspoon of chicken masala.
  9. Prepare to taste of green chilli.
  10. It's 100 gram of butter.
  11. Prepare 1 cup of hung curd.
  12. It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  13. You need to taste of salt.
  14. Prepare of corinder powder.

Butter Chicken instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and let it for marination for 1 hour in the curd, ginger garlic paste, termerinc powder and add some chicken masala.
  2. Heat a pan add oil into it and put the cumin seeds, cloves.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and get this.
  4. Add onion paste then fry this.
  5. Now put 2 tbs chicken masala.
  6. Now the marinated chicken and fry this atleast for 20 mins.
  7. Add the butter into it.
  8. Now cook it for 20 mins more.
  9. Check the chicken peices pieces with a help of knife or fork if it's cooked properly only then take out from the heat.
  10. Serve this with more butter on it. Garnish with corinder leaves or chillies.
