Ingredients of Chicken Ghee Roast
- You need 500 gm of Chicken.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Curd.
- You need 1 tbsp of Green chilli paste.
- It's 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tsp of Turmeric.
- It's 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of Tandoori Masala.
- It's 1 tbsp of Garam masala.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Coriander and cumin powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of Black pepper powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Lemon juice.
- You need 1 tbsp of Orange Red food colour(Optional).
- You need 1 tbsp of oil.
- It's 4 tbsp of Ghee.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
Chicken Ghee Roast instructions
- In a bowl take all the ingredients except Ghee. Mix it well. Keep it aside for 6 -7 hours..
- In a pan take ghee and add marinated chicken to it..
- Cook till all the water absorbed and chicken becomes soft..
- Garnish with Capsicum and green onion..
