- Now add chicken pieces from first marination, squeeze the water properly, and then add in the curd mixture.marinate for 1 hour in freeze. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add marinated chicken pieces on medium -high flame, cook from both side and keep aside..
- Grind the mixture properly, strain the gravy properly and keep aside..
- Boil water, add tomatoes, onion, bayleaf, cashew, cloves, cardamon,, cinnamon, garlic, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder. Cook till tomatoes become soft. Cool it. Grind it..
- Heat butter, add grated ginger, cook for a while, add gravy, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, cream, sugar, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, mix it properly, cook the gravy till oil comes out..
- Add tikka pieces into gravy, mix it. Cover with lid. Cook for 10 min.serve hot..
