- Prepare 1/2 cup of Water.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Warm Milk.
- You need 1 large of Egg.
- Prepare 1/3 cup of butter or margarine softened.
- You need 1/3 cup of sugar.
- You need 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 3 3/4 cup of All-Purpose Flour.
- Prepare 2 1/4 tsp of dry yeast.
- It's 1/4 cup of butter or margarine melted.
Butter Yeast Rolls Bread Macine step by step
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place everything in bread machine except 1/4 cup of melted butter in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Select dough cycle do not use delay cycles.
- Grease cookie sheet.
- Once dough cycle is done shape dough in 24 balls about the size of a golf ball and place on grease sheet.
- Brush butter on top of rolls cover and let rise for about an 1 hr in warm place set remaining butter to the side.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Brush rolls with remaining butter and serve warm.
