  1. Frist we marinate our chicken. In a bowl, add the soy sauce, salt 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 tsp garlic paste, salt, black pepper, and turmeric powder. Mix well then add the chicken, allow to sit for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes, add 2 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat, add the chicken pieces and allow each side to cook for about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. Do not dispose off the remaining marinade. We'll use it in the sauce.
