Ingredients of Butter Cookies Swirl

  1. It's 300 grams of Salted Butter (softened).
  2. You need 60 grams of Caster Sugar.
  3. Prepare 40 grams of Brown Sugar.
  4. It's 20 ml of Milk.
  5. It's 10 ml of Molasses.
  6. You need 5 ml of Vanilla.
  7. It's 1 pinch of Salt.
  8. Prepare 300 grams of Plain Flour.
  9. You need 150 grams of Corn Flour.

Butter Cookies Swirl instructions

  1. Mix butter and sugar till creamy and pale.
  2. Add vanilla, milk, salt and molasses.
  3. Mix the plain and corn flour together.
  4. Gradually sift in the flour mixture.
  5. Cover with wrap and chill in fridge for 30 mins.
  6. Squeeze to the preferred shape.
  7. Sprinkle sugar on the cookie dough.
  8. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  9. Bake for 7 mins. Swap top and bottom tray.
  10. Bake for 7 mins. Swap top and bottom tray while turning trays 180° around..
  11. Bake for 3 mins..
  12. Done..
