Can I use dumpling dough from scratch?
This is a very easy recipe to make some really delicious Chicken and Dumplings in your Slow Cooker.

Ingredients of Slow cooker chicken and dumplings
- It's 6 of boneless chicken breasts.
- You need 2 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare 2 can of cream of chicken soup.
- Prepare 2 can of chicken broth.
- You need 1 of onion, chopped.
- It's 1 can of corn, drained.
- You need 1 of garlic powder to taste.
- Prepare 1 of salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare 2 packages of refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces.
Slow cooker chicken and dumplings step by step
- Place onion on bottom of crock pot. Then chicken, butter, soup, broth and corn.
- Then add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on high for 6 hours. About 1 hour before it is done take out chicken breasts and pull chicken apart with 2 forks then add back to crock pot. Then add biscuit dough pieces. Push dough down into the liquid. Finish cooking until dough is done.
