Butter sada crispy dosa instructions

  1. First wash rice, urad dal, Methi sabudana.
  2. Then soaked all washed ingredients for 5-6 hours in one Bowl only.
  3. Then grind in a mixi or grinder smooth paste.
  4. Then keep for fermentation at least 10-12 hour or over night.
  5. When fermentation done then add Salt and sugar mix it well.
  6. Then switch on the gas place a dosa tawa grease with oil then sprinkle some water.
  7. Then wipe with tissue paper.
  8. Then pour batter with ladder give round thin dosa shape apply Butter all over it.
  9. When dosa done remove with spatula.
  10. Dosa should be cooked in medium flame to High flame.
  11. From sugar will get super colour on dosa but it's optional.
  12. Serve with coconut chutney and tomato onion chutney.
