Ingredients of #:week1 of 5 Wheat dosa with egg & veggies
- Prepare 1 cup of wheat flour.
- It's 2 of eggs.
- You need 1/4 of carrot grated.
- Prepare 1/4 of onion chopped finely.
- It's to taste of salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of green chillies finely chopped.
- You need 1 pinch of turmeric powder.
- You need 2 tbsp of ghee/ oil.
- You need 1 cup of water (approximate).
#:week1 of 5 Wheat dosa with egg & veggies instructions
- Whisk wheat with salt & turmeric powder. Add about 3/4 cup water & mix either with a whisk or in a blender. there should not be any lumps..
- Now add egg and beat well..
- Add in rest of the ingredients, except ghee..
- Heat a pan. smear little ghee. pour a ladleful of batter. spread lightly. cook with a lid on. when half cooked, drizzle some ghee and let it cook a little more. then flip over & cook for a few seconds more. remove & serve hot..
