Ingredients of Jhatpat Oats Dosa

  2. You need 3 tbsp of Semolina / Suji.
  3. You need 1/4 Cup of Curd.
  4. You need 1 pinch of Rock Salt.
  5. It's 3 of /4 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  6. It's 3 of /4 tsp Gunpowder / Podi.
  7. Prepare to taste of Regular Salt.
  8. Prepare of Water as required.
  9. Prepare of Oil / Ghee as required.

  1. Mix the Oats Flour, Suji, Salts, Curd and Water as required to make a runny batter of pouring consistency. Allow it rest for 5 mins..
