  9. Prepare To taste of Salt as per taste.
  10. Prepare As needed of Ghee.
  11. Prepare as needed of Water.
  12. You need of For Schezwan Coconut Chutney:-.
  13. It's 1 cup of grated coconut.
  14. Prepare 1/4 cup of roasted gram daliya.
  15. It's 1 tbsp of Schezwan Sauce.
  16. You need To taste of Salt as per taste.

  1. Mix rava,rice flour, green Chilli, Schezwan Sauce, salt,onion, Cashews, raisins, curry leaves and water in a bowl and mix well & Keep aside for rest.
  2. For Chutney grind all the ingredients in a mixer grinder I and to Smooth paste with water..
  3. Now heat nonstick Dosa tawa and pour thin watery dosa batter with spoon and cook until crispy fold from three sides and serve hot in a plate with Schezwan coconut Chutney..
